Overview
The Shipment Reviews Analytics dashboard gives you insight into how customers are rating their shipment experiences. Whether you're looking to improve service quality or identify top-performing carriers, this dashboard provides the tools to help you monitor and analyze feedback efficiently.
Make sure you’ve enabled the Shipment Reviews feature in your Tracking Page settings.

Access Shipment Reviews Analytics
Navigate to the Analytics section in the Track123 APP, then select the Shipment Reviews tab.
At the top, you can apply filter to select a desired date range (e.g., Last 30 days, Last 60 days, etc.). The data visualizations and summary metrics will automatically update based on your selected time frame.
*Click Print if you need a physical copy or offline report.
Understanding the Dashboard Components
Average Rating
This section shows the total number of reviews split by 1–5 stars. Use it to get a quick sense of customer satisfaction levels.
Average Rating Over Time
Visualize how your average rating changes over the selected date range. This helps identify if recent operational changes have impacted customer satisfaction—positively or negatively.
Reviews by Carrier
See how each shipping carrier is performing based on review volume and average rating.
Top 5 Tags
Uncover the top five most mentioned tags in reviews. This gives a quick overview of what customers care about most.
Full Reviews Table
Scroll through all individual customer reviews in a searchable, sortable table. Each row includes:
Tracking Number
Carrier
Star Rating
Review Text
Use the search bar to find reviews by tracking number for fast support or investigation.
