Enable Shipment Review on Your Tracking Page

Hi, Welcome to Track123!

You can easily enable shipment reviews on your tracking page by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Tracking Page Section

  • Navigate to the App - Tracking Page section.

  • Click Customize to enter the customization settings for your tracking page.

2. Enable the Shipment Review Feature

  • Scroll down the customization page until you find the Shipment Review section.

  • Click the "Show" option to enable the review feature on your tracking page.

  • You can choose your preferred icon style to match your branding.

  • Reviews support both star ratings, tags and written feedback.

    (You can enable both tags and written feedback options, or choose to display only the star rating)

Manage Review Tags

Click on "Tags Management" to configure tag options for different review levels:

  • Set custom tags for 1–3 star reviews (e.g., "Delay", "Lost").

  • Set different tags for 4–5 star reviews (e.g., "On time", "Early").

  • Support for Multilingual Settings
    To customize tags for different languages, click the blue "Tracking Page Translation" button below. This allows you to adapt tag names to match your customers' preferred languages, ensuring clearer insights and more accurate feedback analysis
