This guide will walk you through the process of adding the Track123 widget to your thank you page and order status pages. Adding this widget will enhance your customers' experience by allowing them to easily track their shipments directly from your site.
Add Track123 widget to the Thank you page and order status page.
Go to Track123 > Settings. Look for the Thank you page widget
Add widget > Click Add widget
You will be redirected to the theme editor. and click Add app block > Select Shipment status from Track123.
You can edit the widget content here. If you prefer, you can leave it blank to use the default content.
Note: If you are selling in multiple languages, leave the content blank to ensure it gets translated appropriately.
Switch to the Order status page. Repeat the steps above to add the Track123 widget.
After completing these steps, the Track123 widget will be successfully added to both your thank you and order status pages, providing your customers with an easy way to track their orders.
