This article will introduce the multilingual tracking page feature that track123 offers to its Merchants. This feature allows Merchants from different regions to select their language to be displayed on the tracking page.

How multilingual Tracking Page work?

Track123 will get the language in your store, which you can set in Shopify > Settings > languages > Published languages

  • If Track123 supports the language you published, the tracking page will auto-select the languages.

  • If Track123 doesn't support the language you published, the tracking page will select the English template as your tracking page's language.

  1. How to change my tracking page language to French?

    The tracking page supports being in Italian. Could you please publish the French on Shopify? You can publish it in Shopify > Settings > languages > Published languages

    After you publish the French, Track123 may take 4-5 hours to refresh the language and auto-select French as your tracking page language. If it still not refresh, please ask our support for help.

  2. Why isn't my tracking page language switching along with my store language?

    Hi, please check the link you entered when you added the tracking page to your navigation. you need to add /apps/track123 instead of the whole link

  3. What should I do if Track123 doesn't support the language my store use?Please contact our support to request a new language. Before we add the new language, you can edit the texts in the English template to the language version your store uses.
