How to Add a “Track Order” Button to Customer Account Page

Overview

You can now allow your customers to track their orders directly from their Shopify customer account page — without needing to manually enter an order number or email address.

By adding the Track Order button to your “My Orders” page, shoppers can easily access the Track123 tracking page for each order, providing a seamless post-purchase experience.


How to Set It Up

  1. Go to your Track123 > Setting > Customer Account Orders Page, and click Add widget. You’ll then be redirected to your Shopify Orders page.

  2. On the Shopify Orders page, search for Track123 in the search bar. Find Track Order in the list, and click the “” icon next to it. Click Add action to Orders and Order status.

  3. A new Track Order button will appear on your Shopify Order Status page and Orders page, allowing your customers to track their order with one click.

Multi-language Support

After adding the widget, back to Track123 and click the edit icon next to the button.


A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to customize:

  • Button text: Default is Track order.

  • Language: The text automatically adapts to the store’s published language.

You can freely edit the button label to match your store’s tone, e.g. “View Tracking”, “Check Status”, etc.
