If you use apps like DSers to fulfill your orders, you can easily add a custom shipping tracking URL to notify your customer. and your customers will be redirected to your tracking page instead of the carrier website.
How to add your tracking page URL to fulfillment notification emails
Login to DSers > Settings > Sales channel Setting > Fulfill Flow Manager.
Scroll to the Fulfillment Settings section, and access the Shopify tab and scroll to the Email Settings part.
In the line of "Shipping carrier", click on the Selector and choose your wanted shipping carrier in the Drop-down menu.
In the line of "Custom Tracking Url", click on the Selector and Select Custom.
Add your tracking page URL. The custom shipping tracking URL should look like this way:
https://www.yourstore.com/apps/track123?nums=
Replace www.yourstore.com with your store domain. DSers will dynamically add a tracking number to the end of this URL.
Note: If you also change your tracking page URL. For example, your tracking page URL is https://www.yourstore.com/a/track
Please also make the same change on the custom URL.

Click SAVE.
Now, after orders are shipped out, DSers will synchronize tracking numbers from your supplier to Shopify and trigger the emails sent to customers. And your customers will be redirected to your tracking page to track their orders.
