What is Auto-Correction?
Sometimes, the system cannot correctly recognize which carrier belongs to a tracking number. When this happens, both merchants and customers may not be able to track the package. To solve this, Track123 has introduced Auto-Correction, which helps improve the chance of finding tracking updates by automatically checking other possible carriers.
How to Enable Auto-Correction?
You can manage the Auto-Correction feature by going to:
Track123 > Orders > Carrier Matching > Auto-Correction
How Does It Work?
After the package is shipped, if the system cannot find any tracking updates for 4 days, Auto-Correction will start.
Track123 will automatically test the top 5 most likely carriers (excluding the current carrier) to determine if one of them is the correct carrier.
If tracking information is found with another carrier, the system will update the carrier to the correct one.
If no tracking information is found, the system won’t make any changes.

If no tracking information is found for a tracking number within 4 days after the shipping date, Track123 will automatically trigger Auto-Correction for that order.
What happens if Auto-Correction still cannot find tracking information?
If no tracking information is found after trying other likely carriers, the system won’t make any changes to the carrier. Everything stays as it is. Please contact our support team for further help.
How does Track123 know which carriers to try?
Track123 uses global carrier data and system algorithms to predict the top 5 most likely carriers, excluding the current one, to help identify the correct carrier.
Can I exclude orders shipped via specific carriers from Auto-Correction?
