Provide Estimated Delivery Dates for your shipments with track123

You can add EDD to the product page and tracking page.

Track123 Estimated Delivery Date feature allows you add EDD to the product page(Pre-sales) and tracking page(After-sales). By adding the EDD. you can provide your customers with more accurate delivery information, enhancing their overall experience.

Here are the detailed steps to add EDD to both your product and tracking pages.

Adding EDD to the product page(Pre-sales)

Please click this article to follow the steps. After adding EDD, your customers will have a clear understanding of when they will receive the product when browsing your product page and placing an order.

Adding EDD to the tracking page(After-sales)

An estimated delivery time is a good way to tell your customers when they will receive the orders. it will be displayed on the tracking page like this.

Here are the steps to help you set it up.

  1. Go to Track123 admin >Add-Ons > Estimated delivery time, and click the Enable option on the sub-content.

  2. Select the option at which the estimated delivery time will begin to be calculated depending on your needs. and set the order processing time.

  3. add the product that you don't want to display the EDD.

  4. Set the transit time. You might want to set up different estimated delivery times based on destinations. Please click Add rule if you have multiple frequently used destinations.

The preview page looks like the image as follows, it shows the estimated delivery time clearly.

Please note that if the actual delivery time exceeds the estimated delivery time, this section will not be displayed.
