The Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) feature helps you show customers when they can expect their orders. By setting up processing time, cutoff time, transit time, and priority rules, you can give accurate and reliable delivery estimates.
Follow the steps below to configure your EDD.
Step 1: Set the Source Priority
Go to Track123 admin >Add-Ons > Estimated delivery time, and click the Enable option on the sub-content.
When showing an EDD, the system checks sources in order of priority. The first available source will be used. Drag and drop sources to reorder them.
Step 2: Choose the EDD Calculation Rule
You can decide how the system calculates the Estimated Delivery Date.
In EDD Calculation, select one of the following:
💡 Tip: If your store has a longer processing time, using fulfilled time may give customers a more accurate estimate.
Step 3: Configure Processing Rules
Processing time is the number of days your warehouse needs to prepare an order before shipping. You can define how your warehouse handles order preparation and scheduling before shipment. This includes processing time, cutoff time, business days, and product exclusions.

Step 4: Configure Transit Time
Transit time refers to the shipping duration after the order has been processed. You can set a default transit time for all shipments, or define custom rules based on shipping zones and shipping methods.
Set default transit time
Enter a general time range (e.g., 3–6 days) that applies to all shipments if no specific rule is matched.
Add specific rules
Choose a destination country(e.g., United States).
Choose a specific shipping method (e.g., Express Shipping).
Set the corresponding transit time (e.g., 5–20 days).

💡 Tip: Create different transit time rules for each shipping method (e.g., Standard, Express, Same-Day) so customers always see accurate delivery expectations.
Step 5: Handle Missed EDD
When a shipment hasn’t been delivered by the estimated date, you can choose how to display the missed EDD:
Tips & Best Practices
Always set cutoff time and business days to match your warehouse schedule.
Use carrier EDD when available for the most accurate results.
Configure holiday exclusions in advance to avoid confusion.
For dropshipping or multiple suppliers, use collection-based rules for flexibility.
Once set up, the EDD will automatically show accurate delivery times to your customers, reducing WISMO tickets and improving customer trust.
