How to add the Estimated Delivery Date on your tracking page.

Watch the video below or follow along with the step-by-step instructions.

  1. Head to Track123 APP >> Add-Ons >> Estimated delivery time. Click the "Edit" and "Embed widget" button.

  2. You can see the EDD block is added successfully to your product page, you can drag the app block to move it to the position you want, and remember to click the save button.

  3. Click the Track123 EDD block, and you can make some style adjustments for this widget, including text, color, padding, etc.

How it works?

Product EDD = Order created time + Processing time + Transit time.

You can set up Processing time and Transit time in Track123 Estimated delivery time section.

The EDD is calculated based on your customer's default shipping address(Logged customer) or IP address(Not logged customer).

How to translate the Estimated delivery date?

For Single-Language Stores:

If your store uses only one language, you can easily edit the description of the estimated delivery date directly within the theme editor.

  1. In the Shopify theme editor, locate the text containing the estimated delivery date.

  2. Modify the text to your store language.

For Multi-Language Stores:

If your store supports multiple languages, we recommend using the "Translate & Adapt" app to automatically translate the estimated delivery date, ensuring that every customer can understand the delivery information.

  1. Find and open the "Translate & Adapt" app. Switch the language and select Auto-translation.

  2. Translate & Adapt will translate the edd. If you want to customize the translation, please follow this path on the Translate & Adapt to change.
