Filter your orders
By default, You can see the orders that were created at the last 60 days. You can filter orders to show a smaller subset of the orders.
Filtering your orders can help you find the specific orders that you need to track or update. The following filter options are available:
Status- Shows the orders with the selected status.
Carrier-Shows the orders that are carried by the selected carrier.
Tag-The tag added to orders.
Destination-Shows the orders that are delivered to the selected country.
Order date-Show the orders that are created on the selected date range.
Transit days between-Show the orders that have been in transit for the days you selected.
Days without update-Show the orders without update based on the days range you select.
For example, if you check the orders without carrier update, then you could filter by the Days without carrier update and select the days range(E.g. 2-6d).
Only the orders of that type will then be shown, making it easier for you to check and update that subset of orders.
If you add more than one filter, then only the orders that match all of the conditions will be shown.
Steps:
From your app, go to Order.
Select one or more filter options:
To filter by Status, Carrier, Destination or Order date-click the column header and then select an option to display orders matching that option.
Click More filters to open a complete list of filter categories, and then select an option to display orders matching that option.
