How to update the status manually?

If you are using your truck to deliver your shipments. When you fulfilled your orders, there is no tracking number for this order. It will show Order Ready on our tracking page. but we want the customers to know the package is in out for delivery status. we can update the status manually.

For example, now you want to change the order status to Out for delivery, you can do it this way:

  1. From your Shopify order page > select the order > More actions > Track123: Update status

  2. Disable the Automatic Order Update

  3. Select the status and date you want to display on the tracking page.

Then the status has been updated.

What do the Automatic Order Updates mean?

If you enable this, the order status will auto-update based on the real tracking information from the carrier website.

If you disable this, the order status will update based on your manual setting. It won't be updated automatically unless you manually update it.
