Tracking number not uploaded to Shopify
Please ensure that the tracking number has been correctly uploaded to Shopify. Our app automatically syncs tracking numbers from your Shopify store. If the tracking number is missing, the order status will not update.
Carrier website not yet updated
To guarantee accurate tracking, our app retrieves the tracking information directly from the carrier’s official website. If the carrier hasn’t updated the status on their end, our app will not be able to display any changes either.
Tracking number matched with the wrong carrier
Sometimes, a tracking number might be incorrectly assigned to the wrong carrier. You can manually change the carrier within the app, or feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance in making the correction.
