Track123 is a powerful tool that allows you to integrate order tracking directly with Apple Wallet. This feature provides your customers with a convenient way to track their shipments without needing to open emails or visit a website. With Track123, shoppers can add order details from the order status page, Track123 email, and tracking page into their Apple Wallets.
Enable Apple Wallet Order Tracking
Go to Add-Ons in the Track123 App, Locate the Apple wallet order tracking, and click Edit.
Enable Track with Apple Wallet Button for the following pages:
Tracking page
Email
Add the Apple wallet tracking widget to your order status page
Configure order details displayed on the Apple Wallet
Store name: The name of your store on your website
Store logo: Suggested dimensions: 500 x 500 pixels. Max. file size: 1 MB. Accepted formats: JPG/JPEG and PNG.
Store URL: Your online store link
Order management page URL: Provide a link to the page on your store where
customers can manage their orders
Customer support email address (Optional): Your support email address where customers can reach out to you with queries or questions
Customer support phone number (Optional): Your customer support number where customers can talk to your agents
Contact page URL (Optional): Provide a link to the page on your store where customers can talk directly to a support agent, submit a query, or find support info
Here’s how it looks in Apple Wallet
Tips: If you prefer customers not to see the carrier in Apple Wallet, simply uncheck "Carrier logo" in the Tracking Page Editor. This will hide the carrier logo on both the tracking page and in Apple Wallet.
