TrackifyX Dashboard, Stats Tables & Analytics – Complete Guide

This article explains all dashboards, stats tables, and analytics available in TrackifyX, what each section shows, how to use it, and why it’s important.

1. Trackify Dashboard Overview

Once you log in and connect your ad accounts, the Trackify Dashboard is divided into three platform sections:

  • Facebook

  • TikTok

  • Snapchat

Each platform has its own dashboard with similar structure, allowing you to analyze performance per channel.

Below explanations use Facebook as the example, but the same logic applies to TikTok and Snapchat unless stated otherwise.


2. Everything Important at a Glance (Overview)

This is the first stats table on the dashboard.

What it shows

A high-level conversion funnel for key events:

  • AddToCart

  • InitiateCheckout

  • Purchase

Each value is displayed as a percentage-based conversion rate.

Example

  • AddToCart: 100%

  • InitiateCheckout: 100%

  • Purchase: 40%

This means:

  • 100% of users added items to cart

  • 100% of those users reached checkout

  • 33.9% completed a purchase


3. Live Pixel Traffic (Real-Time Tracking)

Live Pixel Traffic is a real-time event monitoring and testing tool.

You can open it using “View live pixel traffic”.

What you can do

  • Monitor pixel events in real time

  • Test browser-side and server-side events

  • Confirm that events are firing correctly

Features

  • Time range:

    • Last 5 minutes

    • Last 10 minutes

    • Last 15 minutes

  • Platform view:

    • Facebook

    • TikTok

    • Snapchat

  • Filters:

    • Pixel

    • Event type

    • Channel (Browser / Server / Both)

Event counts shown

  • ViewContent (VC)

  • AddToCart (ATC)

  • InitiateCheckout (IC)

  • Purchase

Recent Events Table

Below live activity, you can:

  • Filter by platform

  • Select a pixel

  • Enter event name (e.g. Purchase)

  • Choose channel

  • Select time range

Why this is important

  • Best tool for pixel testing

  • Detect tracking issues instantly

  • Validate server-side vs browser-side firing


4. Campaign Overview Table

This section displays ad campaign performance inside Trackify.

What you can select

  • Ad account

  • Date range (Today or custom)

Metrics shown

  • Campaign name

  • Spend

  • Impressions

  • ROAS

  • Clicks

  • Conversion value

Why this matters

  • View campaign performance without opening Ads Manager


5. Pixel Spotlight (Last 7 Days)

Pixel Spotlight shows event performance trends over the last 7 days.

Events included

  • ViewContent

  • AddToCart

  • InitiateCheckout

  • Purchase

Metrics shown

  • Dates

  • Count

  • Average value

  • Conversion rate

Why this is useful

  • You can check the pixel data for last 7 days


6. VIP Customer Data & Analysis

This section provides customer-level insights.

Data included

  • Total VIP customers

  • Segment revenue

  • ARPC (Average Revenue Per Customer)

  • AOV (Average Order Value)

  • Repeat purchase rate

Why it’s important

  • Identify high-value customers

  • Analyze repeat purchase behavior

  • Required for advanced APIs


7. Dormant & Abandoned Cart Insights

This section highlights lost revenue opportunities.

Metrics shown

  • Dormant users (inactive for 30+ days)

  • Abandoned carts

Use cases

  • Retarget inactive users

  • Cart Decline Rate

  • Improve cart recovery strategies

  • Strengthen retention campaigns


8. Server-Side Purchase Data

Inside each platform (e.g. Facebook), you’ll find Server-Side Purchase Data. Here you can see the purchase events track by the server side date wise.

What this table shows

  • Order ID

  • Currency

  • Purchase value

  • Date & time

  • Product IDs

  • Product collections

Why this is important

  • Confirms server-side tracking accuracy

  • Track the server side purchase events


9. Attribution Report

The Attribution Report displays ad performance metrics directly inside Trackify, pulled from the ad platform.

Metrics explained

  • CPC – Average cost per click

  • CPM – Cost per 1,000 impressions

  • CPP – Estimated cost to reach 1,000 people

  • CTR – Click-through rate

  • Spend – Estimated ad spend

  • Conversion Values (FB Purchase Value) – Total purchase value attributed to ads

  • Purchase ROAS (FB Revenue) – Return on ad spend from purchases

Why this is valuable

  • Faster performance analysis


10. Analytics Section – Overview

The Analytics section provides deep performance insights beyond high-level dashboards.

From the dropdown, you can analyze data by:

  • Pixel

  • UTM parameters (Facebook only)


11. Pixel Analytics (Overview)

When Pixel is selected in Analytics, you’ll see:

  • Browser event data:

    • ViewContent

    • AddToCart

    • InitiateCheckout

    • Purchase

    • Upsell Purchase (if enabled)

  • Conversion rates:

    • ViewContent → AddToCart

    • AddToCart → Purchase

    • ViewContent → Purchase

  • Revenue

  • Totals

  • Custom date range selection


12. Pixel-Level Detailed Analytics Dashboard

If you click on a specific Pixel ID, Trackify opens a dedicated analytics dashboard for that pixel.

What you’ll see

a) Standard Event Data

Detailed performance for:

  • ViewContent

  • AddToCart

  • InitiateCheckout

  • AddPaymentInfo

  • Purchase

  • Search

  • ViewCategory (if enabled)

Includes:

  • Event counts

  • Conversion values

  • Trend graphs


b) Graphs & KPIs

Visual representations of:

  • Funnel progression

  • Event distribution by percentage

These help identify:

  • Drop-offs

  • Growth trends


c) Daily Breakdown

Shows day-by-day performance for a selected time range:

  • AddToCart count

  • ViewContent count

  • InitiateCheckout count

  • Purchase count

Useful for:

  • Comparing daily performance

  • Identifying high-conversion days


13. Top 5 Performers (Conversion Rate Analysis)

At the bottom of the pixel dashboard, you’ll find the Top 5 Performers section.

What it shows

  • Conversion rates such as:

    • AddToCart → Purchase

    • ViewContent → Purchase

  • Day-specific conversion trends

Why this is important

  • Identify best-performing pixels

  • Compare conversion efficiency


14. UTM-Based Analytics (Facebook Only)

Trackify supports UTM-based reporting for Facebook.

Supported parameters

  • Source

  • Medium

  • Campaign

  • Term

  • Content

  • Keyword

  • ID
