On huge takeaway here is that you cannot mix event based conditions and URL based conditions in the same audience, that's a limitation inside Facebook. So, please keep that in mind when you set the filters for your Custom Audiences!
Navigate to Facebook on the left side, then Audience and click on "Create Custom Audience"
Create event based Custom Audience:
Give Audience Name
Select Ad account
Select Pixel
Select "Event based" from Filter Options
Select Event Types, atleast one
Either choose "Any" or "All" rules should be matched
Custom Audience Filter Based on Product ID
1. Select content_ids contains
2. Enter one or more product ids
Custom Audience Filter Based on Tracking Tags
1. Select content_name contains
2. Enter one or more Tracking Tags
Custom Audience Filter Based on Time and Date Data
1. Select content_timedata contains
2. Type in weekdays, or any part of the timedata string which follows this pattern:
Jun_22_2022_Wednesday_Hour_11
As shown above, you can create Custom Audience based on any Event Parameters. For numerical value you can use "Greater than or equal" or one of the other filter criteria that apply. For string based value, keep it on Contains and Type a value you want to use as a filter
