Trackify will now support Google alongside our existing Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat pixel tracking. Fire pixel events directly to your Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts — all from the same app you already use.
🚀 First & Last-Touch Attribution
Most tracking tools only show you the last ad a customer clicked before purchasing. Now Trackify shows you both ends of the customer journey — the first ad that introduced your brand, and the last ad that closed the sale. Use this data to understand which campaigns build awareness, which ones convert, and how to retarget the right audiences at the right moment.
These upgrades reflect our continued investment in making Trackify the most complete ad tracking solution available for Shopify stores. To support this infrastructure and the features we're building, we are updating our subscription pricing to a new usage-based model, effective November 2, 2026.
The new Growth Plan charges a flat $18.99/mo base fee, plus a monthly usage charge based on how many orders your store receives. Most small stores will pay $18.99 or $28.99/mo — less than or equal to what many are paying today.
We're also making this change because it's fairer: stores with more orders use more of our infrastructure, and we want pricing to reflect that accurately. It also allows us to invest in major new features coming soon — including Google platform integration and 1st + Last Touch Attribution (more launch details coming soon).

After accepting the new subscription plan, the Trackify charges on your Shopify bill will show both a base recurring charge, plus a usage charge based on your orders tier achieved that month:

ACCEPTING USAGE CHARGES OF "UP TO $380 PER MONTH"
Shopify app billing limitations require that all users accept possible usage charges of "up to" $380 per month under these new plan levels, even for the smallest stores with a Trackify app subscription.
Please rest assured that you will never be charged for usage charges higher than your store size and number of monthly orders allows.
Most Trackify users will see usage charges of $0 or $10 per month only, regardless of the requirement to accept "possible usage charges of up to $380 per month." Please see the pricing table above to see which usage charge your store will actually be billed each month.

As of November 2nd, when you next log into your Trackify app, you will be automatically prompted to accept the new subscription (base + usage charge) agreement.
If the new plan is not accepted by November 16th, your pixel firing and related incoming tracking data will be paused until the new plan is accepted.
FAQ
Q: Will my price go up or down?
It depends on your store's order volume. Use the table above to find your tier. Many small stores will pay the same or less than today.
Q: What if my order volume changes month to month?
Your usage charge adjusts automatically each month based on that month's actual order count. You're never locked into a tier.
Q: Why does Shopify show "up to $380/mo" when I accept?
Shopify requires all users to accept the maximum possible usage charge when installing a usage-based plan. You will only ever be charged for your actual order tier — not the maximum. See the table above for exactly what your store will pay.
Q: What is CAPI and do I need to pay extra?
CAPI (Conversion API) is included free with your primary pixel. Additional CAPI connections beyond the first are $5/mo each. Most stores will never need more than one.
