On huge take-away here is that you cannot mix event based conditions and URL based conditions in the same audience. that's a limitation inside Facebook. So, please keep that in mind when you set the filters for your Custom Audiences!
Go to Facebook, then under the Audience and click on "Create Custom Audience"
2. Create Trackify Custom Audience Builder:
Give Audience Name
Select Ad account
Select Pixel
Select "Event based" from Filter Options
Select Event Types
Either choose "Any" or "All" rules should be matched.
