To export your Stocks and Options trades from TradeStation into a CSV file, follow the instructions below:
Go to TradeStation's web client center.
Click on "Accounts" in the header panel.
Click on "Equities Accounts" from the left panel
Select ''Tax Center'' from the dropdown list under Equities Account
Under the ''Download Tax Activity'' Section, look for File Format and choose Microsoft Excel CSV
Select the date range of trades you would like to import
Select "Exclude Broken/Canceled Trades"
Click "Download" and save the file to your computer.
Note: The exported CSV file should have the following headers:
Account Number | Type | TradeInd | Transaction | Quantity | Cusip | ADP | Symbol | CallPut | Underlying | Symbol | ExpireDate | StrikePrice | TD | SD | Activity | Date | Price | Amount | CurrencyCode | Commission | Description | Activity | Time | Order ID

โPlease Note: TradeStation only allows you to download 6 months of data at a time. So, to export one year of data, you can run two exports.
To import your TradeStation CSV file into TradeZella, follow these steps
Now that your file has been exported into a CSV, let's upload it into TradeZella!
Click the ''Add Trade'' button on the left panel in your TradeZella account.
Click on the ''File upload'' Tab.
Select the TradeZella Account you would like to import the CSV into
Make sure the Broker selected is TradeStation.
Click ''upload'' and upload your file.
Your trades have now been uploaded :)
