In TradeZella, you have the option to enable a convenient feature that automatically closes expired option trades for you! This feature saves you time and effort by automatically adding a closing execution with a price of $0.00 to close the trade.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to enable Auto-close expired option trades feature for your account! 😀
Accessing the Trade Settings Page
Go to the Trade Settings directly: Trade Settings.
Alternatively, navigate to the trade settings page by clicking on the profile icon in the bottom left corner, selecting “Settings” from the dropdown, and then clicking on the “Trade Settings” section.
Enabling the Auto-Close Feature
On the trade settings page, toggle on the auto-close expired option feature.
When enabled, TradeZella will automatically detect any open expired option trades and apply a closing execution at a price of $0 on the date of expiration. For any future imports, the trades will be set as expired automatically after every 24 hours.
By enabling this feature, you can ensure that your expired option trades are managed efficiently, saving you time and effort.
