Open the Ctrader desktop application

Select the History tab located in the bottom section of cTrader.

Right click on the columns and make sure to SELECT ALL available columns before exporting.

ID, Order ID, Symbol, Opening Direction, Closing Direction, Opening Time, Closing Time, Entry Price, Closing Price, Closing Quantity, Closing Volume, Closing USD Volume, Swap, Commissions, Gross , Net, Balance, Pips, Requested Quantity, Channel, Label, Comment

Go to Positions tab, right click on the columns and make sure that "ID" column is present.

Now go back to the History tab, select ALL HISTORY, or choose a custom date range of your choice to export trades.

Leave ''All Directions (Default)''

Click on the green Statement button for the file to be downloaded.
​

​

Export the report as an HTML file and you're all done!
Note: Please make sure you do NOT export the file as excel. The file needs to be exported as HTML file for the upload to be successful.
