How to Link Travefy Email to Apple Mail (iOS)

Steps on how to link your Travefy Email to your Apple Mail account.

Prefer using the Apple interface or want to manage both your personal and travel business email from a single tab?
If so, you can easily access both accounts in one place. Just follow the steps below to set it up.

You will Need:

  • An iPhone.

  • An active Travefy email account. Included with Travefy Premium and for participants of the Travefy New Travel Agent Program.

Iphone Setup


  1. Go to SettingsAppsMailAdd Account

  2. From your Settings list you will then want to go to your Apps

  3. From your Apps list you will want to go to Mail

  4. From Mail you will then want to select the option: "Add Account"

  5. You will want to select "Add Mail Account"

  6. From that list you will need to select "Other"

  7. Ensure IMAP is selected, you should see three sections:

  8. Enter the settings through the following steps and as shown in the images below:

    • Name:
      In addition to your email address, many email clients display a “friendly name” to help recipients recognize who the message is from. You can enter your travel business name for a professional look, or your first and last name if you prefer a more personal touch.

    • Email Address: Your Travefy email address.

    • Description: This is what your iPhone will show if you are switching between accounts.

    • Incoming Mail Server

      • Host Name: imap.travefy.com

      • Email address: Your Travefy email address.

      • Password: The password you received when we set up your email. If you’ve changed that password, use your new password.

    • Outgoing Mail Server

      *These should be the same as incoming.

      • Host Name: imap.travefy.com

      • Email address: Your Travefy email address.

      • Password: The password you received when we set up your email. If you’ve changed that password, use your new password.
