Bookings and client information often live in multiple systems that don’t connect—so agencies spend more time fixing data than moving the business forward.
With Travefy and Travel Leaders Network API integration this changes. Your transaction data and client information now directly sync with TLN to power more targeted marketing that leads to more sales.
Here's how to begin using it.
1. TLN Setup
Before you setup in Travefy, you'll want to start the integration on TLN's side. Visit your:
Agent Universe
Agency Resources
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
TLN can provide you more information on how you can use the integration alongside Engagement Select and provide you your Agency and Advisor IDs.
2. Open Account in Travefy
Once you are set up on TLN's side, log into your Travefy account. Then, click on your name and select Account from the drop-down menu that appears:
3. Select Linked Accounts
Click Linked Accounts on the left-hand side within your account settings.
4. Navigate to the CRM tab
From the Linked Accounts section, select the CRM tab up on the right-hand side.
5. Toggle Marketing Preferences
Toggle the Marketing Preferences on for Travel Leaders Network. From here, select the Connect button located above the toggle.
6. Continue to setup
You'll now see a Travel Leaders Network popup. Carefully read through to understand what connects through the integration before selecting the checkbox. Lastly, select Continue setup.
7. Add your IDs
Add in your Agency ID and Agent ID. You will have received these from the TLN team from Step 1. Once completed, select Continue setup to finalize the integration.
Once the connection is live, your data starts working for you:
Leaders Edge and TravelLeaders.com leads flow into Travefy
Your client information powers TLN’s Marketing Engagement Program
You’re enrolled in Engagement Select
You unlock agent-level marketing
8. Marketing Preferences + Permissions
In your Travefy CRM, you'll now have a Marketing Preferences area at the bottom of your contact's profile. This is where you can enter in Marketing Preferences and Permissions that will sync automatically back to TLN.
What was once just organized data now actively drives outreach, demand, and more bookings.
