Entering the same booking details into multiple systems takes time and increases the risk of errors.
With the Legato x Travefy integration you can now enter your booking information once in Travefy and automatically sync it to Montis, saving time and improving accuracy.
This guide will walk you through how to setup your Travefy Bookings to sync successfully over to Montis.
Required Booking Information
To ensure your Bookings sync successfully to Montis, make sure the following required information has been entered into your Travefy Booking:
Supplier name
Supplier confirmation number / booking reference number
Reservation Status - Choose from the following
Confirmed
Cancelled
Traveled
Traveler
First and last name
Email address
Trip
Trip name (Booking must be linked to a Trip)
Travel start and end dates
Booking details
Total sale amount for each component
Commission amount for each component
1. Create your Booking
Start by creating your booking either through an Invoice or through the Bookings tab in your trip overview.
2. Add New Booking
Select Add new booking to begin.
3. Add Supplier Info & Reservation Status
In the first section of the Booking add in:
Supplier name
Booking reference # / supplier confirmation #
Reservation status - choose from only the following statuses
Confirmed
Cancelled
Traveled
4. Add Travel Components
Select the travel component for your booking. You can always continue to add additional components if the booking is for a package.
5. Add Sale & Traveler Details
After selecting your booking component, complete the following required fields:
Total sale amount
Traveler
When selecting a traveler, choose a contact that already exists in your Travefy CRM. Before adding, confirm the contact's profile includes:
First and last name
Email address
6. Add Dates & Commission Information
At the bottom of the Booking, complete the remaining required fields:
Travel start and end dates
Commission amount
If your commission is based on a percentage, enter the split percentage and Travefy will automatically calculate the commission amount. If needed, you can also enter the expected commission amount manually.
7. Save & Close
Once all of the required fields are completed, you can select Save and Close at the bottom of your booking.
