Your clients rarely travel alone, but keeping track of spouses, children, and travel companions across separate contact records often means relying on notes or memory. With contact relationships, you can now connect related clients directly in your CRM, see how they’re connected at a glance, and move between their records in one click, while each person keeps their own contact record.
1. Select the Contact
Select the Business Hub and then select Contacts. From there, select a contact from your contact list that you'd like to add relationship information to.
2. Open Additional Information
Scroll down the contact’s profile and open the Additional Information drop-down.
3. Choose a relationship
Select Choose a relationship, then select the relationship you’d like to add from the list.
4. Select the related contact
After choosing the relationship, select which contact that relationship is with.
5. Save the relationship
Once the details are complete, select the check mark to save the relationship to the contact.
The relationship will automatically appear on the related contact’s record as well. For example, if you add someone as a child, the other contact will show them as their parent.
Now when you open a client’s record, you’ll see the people who matter to their travel plans right alongside them, and you can jump to any related contact’s record directly from the relationship. Relationships can be edited or removed at any time, so your contact records can grow and change along with your clients’ lives.
