When you need your contact list from Travefy, you have flexible options to export the exact information you’re looking for.
You can export your contacts from Travefy using one of two methods:
See below to choose the best method for you.
📌 Important to Note
For users on a team, only the admin has access to export contacts.
Any information that is a Protected Field will not be generated in the exported file.
If you are utilizing the Custom Fields or Labels, they will be included as a section in the file.
Method 1: Export from Account Settings
1. Go to Account Settings
Click on your name on the top navigation bar, and on the dropdown menu choose Account.
2. Go to your Data Settings
Click on the tab labeled Data on the left-hand side.
3. Click Export Contacts
Clicking on Export Contacts will generate a .csv file that you can open as a spreadsheet and import into other systems.
Click on the Export Contacts button! That will generate a .csv file which includes:
Contact's first name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
Address
Any custom values.
Method 2: Export From Your Contacts
1. Go to the Contacts tab in Travefy
2. Customize your Contact export
You can customize which information appears on your Contact export from Travefy. This way you export the exact information you need. Select from:
Created by
Traveling statuses
Labels
3. Click on the (...) button and then the Export Current View option
4. Confirm your Contact filters before exporting
A pop-up will confirm that your export includes only the contacts currently shown in your table, so double-check any filters before moving forward.
You can also choose whether to include passport details by toggling the option on or off. When you’re ready, click Export contacts.
Your file will download as a .csv, ready to open in a spreadsheet or import into the tools you already use.
📌 Important to Note
Your file will include each contact’s first name, last name, email, phone number, address, and any custom fields.
If a contact has multiple emails, phone numbers, or addresses, they’ll be separated by a semicolon.
Larger files may take a few minutes to download.
