Issues with importing a reservation?

If you receive an error that the reservation could not be found, this could be due to a few reasons:

  1. You are logging into Expedia TAAP for the wrong country or your credentials were incorrect. If this happens, notify our support team at Professional@Travefy.com and we can reset your credentials for you.

  2. We only support Expedia TAAP reservations that are booked including bookings for flights, hotels, and car rentals. It does not support any bundle/packages that include cars, however it does support individual car reservations.

  3. The Expedia TAAP integration only supports advisors/agents based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, and New Zealand.
