Travefy currently supports Expedia TAAP bookings from advisors in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, and New Zealand only.

1. Log into your Expedia TAAP account.

First, you will need to log into your Expedia TAAP account within Travefy by pressing +New Event, Booking, and then choose Expedia TAAP from the drop-down menu.

Next, enter your Expedia TAAP email, password, and select the country your that your Expedia TAAP account is in from the drop-down menu.

*Please note: You can only be logged into one country at a time. If you need to log out of your Expedia TAAP account to log into a new one, email support at Professional@Travefy.com or send us a message in the live chat.

2. Enter Expedia TAAP Booking Information

Once you are logged into your Expedia TAAP account, you can enter the booking number and date of the reservation.

Issues with importing a reservation?

If you receive an error that the reservation could not be found, this could be due to a few reasons:

  1. You are logging into Expedia TAAP for the wrong country or your credentials were incorrect. If this happens, notify our support team at Professional@Travefy.com and we can reset your credentials for you.

  2. We only support Expedia TAAP reservations that are booked including bookings for flights, hotels, and car rentals. It does not support any bundle/packages that include cars, however it does support individual car reservations.

  3. The Expedia TAAP integration only supports advisors/agents based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, and New Zealand.
