Does editing the Email field in my Profile change my Login email?

Editing the email field in your Profile does NOT change your login email. If you change the Email Field in your Profile, you only change what email is displayed in your Profile that clients see on Itineraries, Proposals, trip invites, etc...


Your Profile Email is displayed to yoru clients and travelers on their itineraries and Proposals with the rest of your contact information as seen below:

To change your display email follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go To Your Profile

Click on your Name and select the Profile tab in the drop down menu:

Step 2: Select The Profile You Want To Edit

On the Profiles page, you will want to make sure that you are on Profile tab (not the Marketing Profile). You can have Multiple Profiles enabled so make sure you select the right one.

Step 3: Change Your Display Email

On the right side will be your Profile information fields. Go down to the Email Field and either edit, change or review the information listed.

*Important Note: Editing the email listed in your Profile will NOT change the email used for logging into your account. The email listed in your profile can also be different then the one listed in your account or it can also be the same.
