I'm Unable to Open my Trip in the Trip Plans App

Troubleshooting issues with the Trip Plans App for Travelers.

If you are experiencing issues opening your trip in the Trip Plans App, there are a couple of things that you can do to fix this!

1. First, please make sure that you allow to "Save my place in the app" on your web browser before you open the App

2. Then, please make sure you allow your phone to "paste" in the Trip Plans App
