An automated trip invite can be created in the Trip Sidebar, as well as the Task Menu.
If creating an Automation in the Task Menu, a trip will have to be assigned to the task in order for a trip invite to be sent.

1. Click Add
Click on Add in the top right corner of the Tasks area.
2. Click Automation
Once you've clicked on Add, some options will appear. Click on Automation.
3. Select Email Trip Invite under Automation Type
In the Automation Menu, click on Email Trip Invite.
4. Add a Message(optional)
You can add a custom message, or select one you've already created and saved.
5. Set Date/Time
Select the desired date and time for the form to be sent to your client.
You can either have a fixed date, as shown below:
Or you can have an automatic time, sent a certain number of days before or after the trip end date or start date.
Note: Automations will not send the form if a date and time are not set.
6. Select the recipients of the Invite
Under the Assigned To section, you'll be able to specify if the invite is being sent to everyone on the trip, or only specific people.
If the invite is only being sent to specific people, just select that option and type in their name!
7. Click Done
Once you've added all the desired information, click on Done in the top right corner of the Automation Menu.
