Important Note: You must be a member of Travel Industry Solutions to access their forms to add into your Travefy account. For more information on Travel Industry Solutions, visit their website at https://travelindustrysolutions.com.
1. Navigate to your Travel Industry Solutions Member Dashboard: https://app.travelindustrysolutions.com/member/dashboard
2. Once in your TIS Member Dashboard, select "Master Templates"
3. "Download" the Form by choosing the download option
4. Switch to tab "Library | Travefy" & copy form into your account
You will now be able to access the link to view the form and select the button "Copy to Library" to add into your Travefy's Library.
If you don't see the button to "Copy to Library", be sure to log into your Travefy account and then refresh the form's page.
To access these forms in your Travefy account and make edits, go directly into your Library and you will see the forms available in there.
