How to view and manage Elite Status:

The Status page gives you a detailed overview of your current elite tier across all connected airline programmes, your progress towards the next tier, and a breakdown of the benefits available at each level.

For accessing the status page click Status in the left-hand navigation menu. The Elite Status Overview page loads automatically.

Programme Tabs:

At the top of the Status page, you can switch between your connected programmes (e.g. American Airlines and British Airways) by clicking the relevant tab. Click + Add Program to connect an additional airline programme.

Current status display:

A horizontal tier ladder shows all available status tiers for the selected programme. Your current tier is highlighted (e.g. Platinum is highlighted as "Current Status"). Tiers displayed include Member, Gold, Platinum, Platinum Pro, and Executive Platinum.

Next Tier progress bar:

Below the tier ladder, a progress bar shows how far along you are towards achieving the next tier (e.g. 79,670 / 125,000 pts - 64%). The reset date for the qualification period is displayed on the right.

Pro Tips for reaching the next tier:

A recommendation panel provides specific actions you can take to close the gap to the next tier, such as booking with a specific airline or flying short-haul in Business class. A View recommendation link opens a more detailed strategy. A countdown shows how many days remain until the tier reset.

Future flights map:

An interactive world map shows your upcoming booked flights as route lines, along with a projected points earning based on those flights.

Status Tiers and benefits table:

Member: Earn points on eligible flights, Member-only promotions, Account management support.
Gold: All Member benefits, plus 40% more points on flights, Priority check-in, Priority boarding, Extra baggage (+1 bag), Seat selection (Complimentary).
Platinum: All Gold benefits, plus 60% more points on flights.
Platinum Pro: All Platinum benefits, plus 80% more points on flights, Lounge access, Extra baggage (+3 bags).
Executive Platinum: All Platinum Pro benefits, plus 120% more points on flights, Guest lounge access, Extra baggage (+3 bags), Seat selection (Complimentary), Guaranteed seat availability.
