If you have forgotten your password or cannot log in to TravelSmarter, follow the steps below to regain access to your account.
To reset your password, follow the steps below:
Go to the TravelSmarter login page at app.travelsmarter.ai.
Click Forgot password? below the password field.
Enter the email address associated with your TravelSmarter account.
Click Send reset link.
Open your email inbox and look for an email from TravelSmarter with the subject line "Reset your TravelSmarter password".
Click the reset link inside the email. The link opens a page where you can set a new password.
Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Save new password.
Log in using your email address and new password.

If you do not see the reset email within a few minutes, try the following before contacting support:
Check your spam or junk folder - Password reset emails are sometimes filtered automatically. Search for "TravelSmarter" in all folders.
Check your promotions or updates tab if you use Gmail - reset emails can land there.
Confirm you used the correct email address - the reset email is sent only to the exact address registered on your account. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one.
Wait up to 5 minutes before requesting a second reset link, as delivery can occasionally be delayed.
Request a new link by returning to the login page and repeating the process from step 2 above.
