🛠️ Setting Up Reviews as an Admin: Deadlines, Hold Status, and Reviewer Change Requests

As an Admin, you can assign a specific deadline to a Review Task that needs to be completed before proceeding with approving the application. This functionality uses the number of Business Days instead of a specific day in the calendar to assign deadlines for your Review Team.

Once Marking the Application for Review, the window to assign your Review Tasks will pop up.

Create your tasks and assign it to the appropriate reviewer. You will have an option to assign a deadline to indicate the amount of Business Days the task should be completed in. It will also indicate a date in brackets for easy navigation. Make sure to save the task by clicking on a Floppy disk icon next to the new task.

Note that if you are assigning to "Complete Tasks In Series" to your team (a checkbox at the bottom of the pop-up window) to make them dependent on the completion of each previous task, the deadline for a secondary task would depend on the completion of the first task. E.g. If the Task 1 has a 3 Business Days deadline, and Task 2 has 2 Business Days deadline, it means that Task 2 will head a deadline of 2 Business Days after the Task 1 is completed.

This way if the first Task in a series is completed early or delayed, the next Task in Series will not be dependent on that and still will have the same number of days assigned starting from the completion day of the first Task.

The Reviewer has an option to either put a review task "On Hold" to provide the necessary internal feedback to other reviewers and the Org Admin; or "Request Changes" directly from the Applicant while putting the Review task as "Declined".

As an Org Admin, you will be notified of either changes. Please note that you'll have the option to Mark the Application for Review again once all the necessary changes requests from the Applicant are completed.
