πŸ–ŠοΈ Requesting Changes as an Inbound Admin

How to request specific changes from an applicant

Updated over 12 months ago

If an applicant submits an application and is missing requests, has submitted incorrect information, or you need clarity on what they are asking, you can use our request changes functionality to let them know exactly what is needed and have it preserved entirely in Tressl so that you have auditability and visibility on what you asked for and that is was completed before generating an agreement.

Request Changes is an actual status change that will have a visual cue for both you (Grantor) and the applicant.

When you click Request Changes that Project Chat will open and you will be presented with the same chat box you normally see with a few small changes. The 'Ask for Changes' check box will be selected and the request that you initiated the request for changes from will also be selected. If the change you are asking for applies to multiple requests, you can hit the dropdown and select multiple requests.

When you have finished your message, you will see the updated status in the request as well as your Inbound screen.

When changes have been completed, the specific request(s) will go back to their previous status (New, Viewed, Review Complete, Etc.).

Feel free to reach out to support@tressl.ca or via the In-app chat with any additional questions around requesting changes!
