Find out how to manage your Review teams & assign and re-assign team members to complete review tasks.

Updated over 11 months ago

When a new Project comes in, after doing your own project audit and its requests, you can then assign your Field Reviewers to complete the assessment and help you decide if the request can be accepted, needs modification or further information, or be declined.

✏️ Assign your Review Task

To start, mark your Request or multiple requests as "Mark in Review". To do that, select a Request and navigate to the top right corner to "Mark in Review". You can do that either from the Project level(see below) or from the individual eRoad/eCrossing level.

Once the request(s) are ready to be reviewed, a pop-up window will show up to guide you to create a Task. Click on the green button "+ Add Task" in the window.

Once clicked, the window will prompt you to fill out the necessary information to assign the Review task to your team, including the Reviewer Group, Assigned Member, and the Expected Completion Date. Make sure to click the floppy disk icon on the right side to Save your review task once you finish filling it out. πŸ“Œ See here how to assign tasks in series.

Once you finish creating your tasks, click Submit button that will turn green on the bottom right side on the pop-up window. Your Review Team members assigned to tasks will receive notifications in the email inbox to check their Tressl app and complete any assigned review tasks before you proceed with your Project.

πŸ’‘ Note that this action will guide you to create tasks to your existing review teams. You can create a New Review Team from this window as well. To manage your existing Review Teams, go to your Account Settings.

πŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈRe-assign a Review Task

If you need to re-assign an existing Review Task, you will have to: Complete the existing task on your end, as a Inbound Administrator, change the request status back to Mark in Review, and to assign new tasks to your team members.

First, to Complete the tasks, open the required request (or select multiple when applicable) and click on "Complete Review Tasks" button.

Once the action is completed, go to the section "Assign your Review Task" and complete the necessary actions again.

πŸ“‚ Manage your Review Teams

To manage your review teams, go to your Account Settings by clicking to your account picture at the top right corner. Navigate to Organization Users on the left side bar menu, and click on Review Groups as shown below.

In this setting, you can Create a new group and add your team members, as well as action on existing ones, including Edit or Delete (either with Assigning existing group's tasks to another group or deleting without the reassignment).

⚠️ Please ensure that your team members have appropriate user permissions if you need to add them to a Review Group. To manage user permissions, go to Role Based Access under Organization Users and ensure that your review team members have either "Crossing Reviewer" or "Road Use Reviewer", or both depending on your module.
