We introduced a new functionality to Tressl - Re-Issue Your Agreement! You can now re-issue your Road Use Addendum without creating a new one in place, when your Grantee might have had a name change or was acquired by a different organization.
Navigate to your Agreement Inventory.
At the top right bar menu, navigate to your Inventory and select Agreement Inventory at the dropdown.
Navigate to a Fully Executed Agreement you are looking for.
You can:
Browse your agreements
Filter by columns like Request Type, Approver, Applicant, and more
Use the search bar in the top right to find agreements by specific details
To find a Fully Executed Agreement to a specific Grantee, filter the Agreements by the Status Column selecting Fully Executed, and start typing Applicant's Org name into the Search Bar.
Click on Agreement Actions on the right column, Selecting Re-Issue Addendum.
Fill out necessary information at the pop-up window.
The pop-up window will ask you to fill our mandatory fields such as the Project Name and the new Grantee Organization. You can also fill out the non-mandatory fields, such as Termination Date and the Team member you would like to assign the project to.
๐ Please note: If you can't find the new Grantee for the Agreement in the organization dropdown, please contact support@tressl.ca or reach out to us via the support chat at the bottom right corner.
Once filled, the system will prompt you to a new Project. Go through the usual steps of the Project approval and the Agreement stepper. Make sure to update any request details that need to be changed for the new agreement, such as Term dates. Just as any other project in progress, you can send requests for Review, assign a new template, or edit Rates.
Once the New Agreement is Fully executed, the previous Agreement will have the status "Terminated".
