🔁Reclaim your Agreement to Revision

Learn how to make changes to your Partially Executed agreement or the agreement awaiting Applicant's execution and when to contact support.

Updated over 10 months ago

If your Agreement is marked as “Awaiting Applicant Execution” or “Awaiting Approver Execution,” it has already been sent for signature and cannot be edited by either party unless it is first Reclaimed for Revision.

To Reclaim an Agreement for Revision, go to the top bar menu and select Agreement Inventory. You can also locate the Agreement by searching for the associated Project in your Inbound view.

In the Agreement Inventory, use the search bar in the top right corner to find the Agreement by Agreement number, or filter by Status, Applicant, Requests, or other relevant details.

Click on the desired Agreement and navigate to the project level.

Within the project, open any eCrossing or eRoad request associated with the Agreement.

At the bottom of the request, under Document Responses, locate the Agreement Actions button on the far right and select “Reclaim for Revision.”

Once reclaimed, the Agreement status will update to “In Revision.” You can now make any required changes before re-sending it for Partial Execution.

Please note that if the Agreement is in its Fully Executed status, you will need to either Terminate the Agreement, Amend it, or contact Tressl Team for further support either by emailing us at supprot@tressl.ca or directly through the Tressl Support chat.
