Update an employee's access

You can update your employees' access in the employee portal in Portal Access section

You can decide the level of access this employee is permitted to have in the Portal Access section.

  • Access Suspended: Specify whether this employee can access to their employee portal.

  • Access Availability: Specify whether this employee can access and edit their availability on the employee portal.

  • Access My Shifts: Specify whether this employee can view their rotas on the employee portal.

  • Auto Approve Leave Requests: Specify whether their leave requests will be approved automatically.
