Divisions, departments, and rotas can form a hierarchical structure to organise your financial report clearly.
How do I create divisions
Divisions are used to group departments.
Go to Division in the configuration(the cog icon in the top right-hand corner).
Click on the Create Division button.
Name the division and click Create.
How do I create departments
Departments fall under divisions and are used to categorise rotas. Once departments are created, you will need to assign departments to appropriate divisions, and then group the rotas with the departments.
Go to Departments in the configuration(the cog icon in the top right-hand corner).
Click on the Create Department button.
Name the department, and then click Create.
Edit the department and assign it to the appropriate division.
Head to Rota Management, and update the department information of the rotas.
