You can enable shift swaps to allow employees to exchange shifts with one another. This feature provides greater flexibility in scheduling and helps ensure shift coverage with minimal manager intervention.
How to enable shift swaps
Go to General Settings in the configuration (the cog icon in the top right-hand corner).
Head over to the Employee Portal Permissions section and enable this feature.
Once enabled, employees will see the 'Swap Shift' option for their shifts in the Employee Portal.
How to disable shift swaps for specific locations
Go to Locations in the configuration.
Select the location you wish to exclude from the shift swap feature.
Choose 'Disable Shift Swaps'.
Click Update.
