Enabling shift rounding automatically adjusts employees' clock-in and clock-out times to the nearest predefined interval, ensuring consistency in shift records.
Go to General Setting in the configuration(the cog icon in the top right-hand corner), and head to the Clocking section.
Tick Enable Shift Rounding.
Choose the time interval.
Select the rounding method.
Up: This method rounds the clock-in or clock-out time to the next closest interval.
Down: This method rounds the clock-in or clock-out time to the previous closest interval.
Nearest: This method rounds the clock-in or clock-out time to the nearest interval.
Click Update.
