In addition to using a QR code, you can now clock in and out directly from your Employee Portal.
Log into Rota King.
On your dashboard, you’ll see the new Clock In/Out option, allowing you to just tap to begin.
In the Clocking section, you can view whether you have any scheduled shifts and view the details at a glance.
Adjust your clock-in or clock-out location if needed. That is perfect for when you're working at a different site or on the go.

Once the Clock In option is selected, you’ll see the current steps required for clocking in, such as uploading a photograph or entering your date of birth. However, entering a PIN is no longer required. In the meantime, the dashboard will update in real time with information from the clocking process.
