With the new Employee Portal clock-in feature, your team can now clock in and out directly on their Employee Portal, reducing errors like mistyping a PIN when using QR codes and offering greater flexibility for managing shifts.
To enable this feature, please follow these steps:
Go to General Settings in the configuration (the cog icon in the top right-hand corner).
Head over to the Employee Portal Permissions section.
Tick Allow Clocking Through Portal.
Save the updates.
Once it is set up, the next step is to turn the feature on for each employee individually.
Go to the Employees module.
Select an employee.
Head over to the Portal Access tab.
Tick Allow Clocking.
Click Update.
