If an employee changes their email address then it can be updated using the following steps :
Go to Employees on the left-hand navigation panel
Choose the Employee that you want to update and click the View button on the right-hand side.
There will be a Blue button on the top right-hand corner that says Actions. It will have a drop down menu.
The drop down menu will have 2 options - Update Employment Status or Update Email Address
Click on Update Email Address and a pop-up window will appear with the option to enter the new address.
Click Update to save your changes
