Add Daily Add-Ons

It is possible to add costs to a timesheet that are not associated to a shift.

An employee might get an additional payment for being “On Call” and this should be added to the schedule as a cost, but not associated to a shift.

  1. Make sure that Daily Add-Ons have been switched on in General Settings, in the Scheduling tab.

  2. Go to Scheduling in the left-hand navigation panel. Select a day on the schedule and then select Daily Add-Ons.

  3. Select the Category, Type and add Value then save all changes.

  4. When saved these costs are shown where added (either on the timesheet or schedule) and the cost is added to the labour financials (or removed if pay reductions are applied):

💡The generic payroll export has also been updated to include Daily Add-Ons.
