Set up Employee Unavailability on the Schedule

Select the Availability mode on schedules and timesheets to add an employee's availability

Once you select the Availability mode you can easily click on days to make them unavailable for an employee, or click again to remove unavailability!

  1. Click on the 3 Small rows at the top of the Schedule or Timesheet page

  2. Select Availability Mode from the drop down menu

  3. Click on the employee and the shift that you wish to make unavailable on a particular day

  4. The shift will change colour (Grey Stripes will appear) indicating that the employee is unavailable

  5. If you want to remove the unavailability, click the shift again - This will make the employee available for the shift.
