Set up availability

Setting available and unavailable dates and times can help your employer plan the rotas smoothly, avoiding scheduling conflicts

You can set your available and unavailable dates and times, ensuring the rota reflects your schedule.

  1. Select Availability in the navigation.

  2. Update your availability as needed.

    • Available: You are available to work shifts on the selected day.

    • Unavailable - Full Day: You are not available to work shifts on the selected day.

    • Unavailable - Between: You are unavailable during a specific time range on the selected day.

  3. You can also add unavailable dates. Once submitted, the upcoming unavailable dates will appear.

Once the unavailability is set, it will automatically be reflected in the rotas. Your employer can then add other employees as needed to fill any gaps.
