My employees can't clock in through the Employee Portal

This is a very common question and a really easy fix!

It is important to always check the General settings first!

  1. Go to Cog Icon on the very top of the page next to the help box.

  2. Go to the General Settings box.

  3. Click on the Employee Tab on the top of the page.

  4. Go to the Employee Portal Permissions section.

  5. Click on the Allow Clocking Through portal box!
