How to create an Employee Onboarding Form

The onboarding form allows the employee to fill in all the essential details needed for them to start employment. You can customise the form so that all required details are included.

How do I create an Employee Onboarding Form

  1. Go to Onboarding Form in the configuration(the cog icon in the top right-hand corner).

  2. Click on the Onboarding Form button to create an Onboarding Form.

  3. Click on the Blue Create Onboarding Form

  4. Give the Onboarding Form a Name, select the Status and Restriction Type, then press Create

  5. Click on the Form Fields Tab and make your selections. Select either Include or Required or both.

  6. Click the Update button to save any changes

๐Ÿ’กTip! When creating the Onboarding Form there is a setting that allows you to lock the Employee Portal until the Onboarding Form has been completed by the Employee!
